Depending on your joist spacing 3 4 subfloor may not be adequate.
Floor levling over ditra.
Any leveling of the subfloor must be done prior to the installation of the membrane.
It would work to self level over a wood subfloor.
Ditra xl is 5 16 7 mm thick to create an even transition between typical 5 16 7 mm thick tile and 3 4 19 mm thick hardwood flooring.

As mike stated you should probably add a layer of 3 8 or 1 2 plywood over the subfloor to better support the weight.
Keep in mind you re adding a lot of weight to this structure with the self leveling mortar and tile.
My bathroom floor needs some floor leveler well a lot of leveler.
That why there is no issue with trapping moisture between tiles and ditra.
